You can get your web site enquiry form to automatically update your OpenCRM Lead module, using a simple web form, very easily. This is traditionally part of our KickStart configuration package.

You can also import Leads from external sources direct into the Leads module using the Import Leads function.

Open Source in the Data Integration Business I guess two of the huge growth areas are going to be Data Integration and Open Source, as companies are forced to consider these strategies, either due to technology change constraints or budget.
