How does it work (I hear you cry?) OpenCRM is available on a low monthly subscription. We charge for our professional service which is the Hosting, Configuration, Consultancy, Training or Support. So in short the bit that most businesses don't mind paying for as this is the work that directly relates to YOUR installation and understanding how YOU are specifically going to use OpenCRM.

Implementation is straight forward - you can be up and running immediately - we manage and support all of the infrastructure you need for a truly on demand, anytime, anywhere hosted CRM solution. No hardware or expensive re-licensing costs for the CRM software. All you need is an internet connected computer and web browser (like the one you are using right now).

	Graham Anderson Managing Director Its always difficult to hit the spot with these summaries, well, I was a professional drummer (notice I did not say musician) for a number of years, before joining Apple UK as part of their Mac launch team. I have been involved with software development for over 20 years and have the enviable title of System Architect on the OpenCRM team (that means I get to decide what goes into the product RoadMap with my development colleagues).
	Helen Burton Creative Director Having cut my teeth within the education world, working with teenagers, it has made it a lot easier to understand developers and what they need! A founder member of the company with the responsibility for the interface, I am always happy to receive comments and ideas for future releases.
	Phil Marsay Technical Director I am a graduate from Durham University with overall responsibility for the development team. OpenCRM is one of my passions along with snowboarding so if I am not at my desk knee deep in code, you can usually find me somewhere knee deep in snow! I am the guy who turns the crazy ideas that Graham and others come up with into reality for our users.
