Anyone who has ever spoken with me knows that I am passionate about all things OpenCRM both as a CRM solution and company. One of the most important things that I can do as the founder and Managing Director of our company and the system architect of a system as sophisticated as OpenCRM, is to take time to listen to our customers.
I know that our customers love the features and functionality of OpenCRM as a system and appreciate the “can do” attitude from the team here at OpenCRM.
Our focus with OpenCRM has always been on functionality and providing our customers with a system that does exactly what they need it to do.
We’ve taken a step back and explored what we can do with the User Experience within OpenCRM, this is really exciting for all of us here (keep an eye out for more of this later this year). One result of this exploration, the first phase of it anyway, is going to be released in just 7 days!
As much as we have enjoyed the time with our current website, we decided that now was right to make some changes. Loads of new information, clearer and more readily available as well as new technology that allows us to be seen on more platforms and devices.

Before I got my start in the tech industry as part of Apple’s UK Mac launch team, I was a professional drummer (notice I didn’t say musician). But once I got in, I was hooked and I’ve been involved in the tech industry, primarily software development, for over 35 years. I founded this company and I now have the enviable title of System Architect (as well as Managing Director) here at OpenCRM.
