This week I read an extraordinary news article about an artist called Daan Roosegaarde and a civil engineer called Hans Goris, based in the Netherlands who are teaming together to advance the safety and efficiency of our roads. By combining their skills in both technology and creativity, they believe they can revolutionise our motorways.
