Welcome to My Little Voice

Welcome to our blog. Its great to have you here.

We wanted a place where we could explain the type of work we do, our goals and passions, the business journey and any successes we have along the way. We also wanted somewhere to hold all that trivia that has a connection to what we do here at OpenCRM (sometimes we admit these links are very tenuous). Please take a look and feel free to contact us if you have any comments, ideas or feedback we would love to hear from you - just click here.

Quality or Quantity?

This article looks at the need to be able to see WHY your customers are buying as much as the What, How and When.

The dramatists can look at this figure in any number of ways and read different reasons into it such as:

Food – I love to talk about food, watch cooking programs and read cookery books. I love to hear what people have had for their lunch or tea, what they’re planning to cook at the weekend and generally what people are doing in the world of food, glorious food. I think if I was stranded alone on a desert island, talking about and enjoying great food is what I would miss the most.

With this in mind, I think it’s clear to say that as a customer, if you try to sell me fresh food off a market, a cookery book or a meal at a nice restaurant, you won’t have to try very hard!

Knowing what
