Can round-robin be used to assign records when importing data?

This feature is available as of version 3.02

Round robin can be used when importing data into OpenCRM.  After following this guide on setting up round robin you will then be able to import records and use round robin to assign them for companies, contacts, leads and helpdesk records.

To do this, go through the normal steps to import data, but before clicking on the "Import Now" button, make sure the following box is ticked:

Assign import records by round robin

This box will only appear when import records are able to be assigned by round robin.

can this be done in all modules on OpenCRM?

OpenCRM replied: round robin can be assigned to Leads, Contacts, Companies and Helpdesk
