What about web integration |
||
| Updated: 07 December 2007 16:57:51 | OpenCRM | |
The standard OpenCRM application comes with a series of options that allow for secure and reliable web site integration. Updating the OpenCRM leads module direct from your enquiry pages on your web site is very straight forward, and we can assist you with this as part of your getting started process. You might wish to display information about your Contact or Companies (or a mixture), and also show live Sales Orders, Helpdesk Tickets or Documents and Projects, this is becoming quite common. If you wish to have other, more sophisticated integration, then this is not a problem either.. we use a wide range of recognized software methods, allowing you a very high degree of flexibility. Talk to us to see if we have already done something similar before, this will undoubtedly reduce the project time as we can often reuse components that have already been tested and delivered.
