How can I stop notifications being sent to users when something is reassigned to them? |

To stop notifications from being sent when a record is reassigned to a user you can un-tick the relevant box for the module from within the additional settings. These options are under the "Notification Settings" section.

Disabling of notifications is limited to the following modules:
- Companies
- Contacts
- Leads
- Opportunities
- Helpdesk
- Quotes
- Purchase Orders
- Sales Orders
- Invoices
- Documents
- Campaigns
- Projects
