How can I stop notifications being sent to users when something is reassigned to them?

To stop notifications from being sent when a record is reassigned to a user you can un-tick the relevant box for the module from within the additional settings.  These options are under the "Notification Settings" section.

Disabling of notifications is limited to the following modules:

  • Companies
  • Contacts
  • Leads
  • Opportunities
  • Helpdesk
  • Quotes
  • Purchase Orders
  • Sales Orders
  • Invoices
  • Documents
  • Campaigns
  • Projects
