OpenCRM::Activities 3CX:: OpenCRM::Phone Integration A tab count shows a " * " and no value, A tab count shows " ~ ". Large tab counts seem a bit inaccurate. How does tab count caching work? Why does opening a record with a large number of linked items take a long time? Why can I only see 1000 records in linked grids?

OpenCRM::Phone Integration - When I use my 3CX VoIP phone to make a call and the systems asks me to "press 1 for sales, 2 for support or 3 for all other enquiries", when I press the relevant number the system does not understand my response or does not register it, do you know what causes this and how do we resolve?
