Create an email whilst working on an Activity or open a new Sales Opportunity during the Call, update or create new records on the fly, including adding crucial information such as lead status or updated email address

Reassign activities to colleagues, even in bulk, amend certain details with a single click, such as the status of an activity. Activity views allow you to easily see which activities are overdue, dates are displayed in red when the activity is overdue, green when the due date is present and black when set for the future.

Search for Activities using any of the data held on the record. Want to find all Activities that relate to a specific Contact? easy, or need to see all Activities that a colleague completed last week? no problem. Managers and principles can get a 360 degree view of activity within their team or business.
