Dashboard and Reports

Gain insight into how your business is doing, track specific team or user performance in a graphical, detail or summary format. OpenCRM lets you get a customised 'at-a-glance' overview of the real time status of your business.

Build Reports and save these within the Reports control panel, allowing other users to run them to keep abreast of information that is important to them.

Set up permissions to give users access to export functionality allowing them to export to CSV, Excel or create a PDF output of the report.

Specify your Reports to be tabular or summary, with columns that you decide to include (including custom data) & grouping on key values as well as sort orders. Total pre defined columns and specify criteria to decide which records to include.

Have OpenCRM automate the delivery of a Report with a recurring or one off schedule. If you need an Opportunity forecast report for your sales meeting on the first of the month or you want your Sales Order totals for the quarterly management meetings, that's fine, create the Report and schedule this to be delivered on a date and time that suits you. Only need this Report to be sent for a set number of times? perhaps whilst a Project is running, that's OK too, just specify the number of occurrences, or the end date. Specify which users you would like to receive these scheduled Reports.

Apply a Graph to a Report using the groupings as the main values on the X-Y axis, choose from different graph types and select the way that values should be displayed.

Decide if you want to display the Report as a Graph, Summary, Detail or full, on the home page, setting the specific users who need to view this Report.

Reorder home page components positioning the elements in the order that suits you best. Select if an element should be minimised by default to free up 'screen real estate'. Select if you prefer a single, 2 or 3 column display on your home page to accommodate wide screen displays, including the ability to hook up a large display or projector to create a Wallboard, with auto updates to any information displayed.
