Activity views allow you to easily see which Activities are overdue: dates are displayed in red when the Activity is overdue, green when the due date is present, or black when the due date is set for the future.

Create an email whilst working on an Activity. Open a new Opportunity during the same call or update the records without having to click away.

Any new or crucial information such as lead status or updated email address can be added easily.

View the Calendar in Daily, Weekly, 5 Day and Monthly views, managing default settings for your Calendar yourself.

The quick view panels let you see other important information including, Leads that are new today, Sales Orders that are due to expire, or Invoices that need paying and need a follow up call.

Delegate and notify

Need to set up an Activity for a colleague?

Just create the Activity (call, meeting or task) and assign it to them. They will be notified of the activity being set up for them and it will appear in their Calendar.

You can also track the Activity through a shared Calendar view or by looking at your delegated activity view, helping you keep on top of activities that you have asked others to complete.
