Project Training Manager (Operational)

Software Add-ons are a software development company based in North Yorkshire.

Our clients are based in the UK and around the world, utilising our Hosted CRM platform.

Support is managed direct from our office in Richmond, near Darlington.

Due to the success of our hosted CRM application OpenCRM, we currently have a real opportunity for an individual who wants to develop their skills as a Project / Training Manager.

The job involves working with a small team of dedicated individuals. We can offer you eye strain, branded cola and friends for life. You can give us 'that something special', diligence, accuracy, precision and accuracy, and precision and diligence (and did we mention accuracy?)

You will probably already have been involved with CRM applications or IT Services projects.

You are required to interface with the customers once a Sales Order has been completed, client interactions and follow ups will be managed by you, through Project delivery to sign off.

Elements within OpenCRM are configurable without development expertise, you will be required to assist clients in their understanding of the use of OpenCRM in relation to their business and then configure fields, values, templates as well as data import considerations to deliver the agreed solution.

Users receive training largely across the web, you will be responsible for delivering these kick-start sessions.

On occasions you will be required to visit clients offices to deliver structured training or on-site project professional services.

The right candidate will have a high level of integrity, be good on the telephone and have a strong can-do ethos. This position is a key role in our development over the next few years.

You may even be a graduate that has no direct work experience, but has the enthusiasm to build your career.
