Zodiac have completed phase one of the OpenCRM implementation. Users from Customer Service, Corporate Sales, Training Advisors, Technical and Administration are using OpenCRM to manage their Prospect, Learner and Client interactions. Document Management, Opportunity Management, Lead Management and Contact Management are all included in this successful stage.
