Multi step campaign management is due to be released on 1st June 2007...

The new Campaign Management module will allow users to create Campaigns, with multiple Waves, of different types, and schedule the waves for delivery.

Different target lists can be created, based on Leads, Contacts and Companies, including mixing and matching different record types for ease of management.

Email campaigns can utilise the recently released Auto Mail utility to send emails automatically, without user intervention.

The Campaign Management module tracks click thru's to web pages and manages the status of the click thru's so that enquiries do not receive any further follow up.
