Its amazing, we recently viewed another UK CRM suppliers site, that showed prices for a 'basic' 5 user CRM implementation, using Microsoft CRM or SageCRM (they supply both products) and the costs for the 'basic' system, implemented was between £6,500 and £10,500. In contrast a similar installation from OpenCRM would be less than 40% of this cost, and we would not regard this as basic.
