Overview your Sage information from within OpenCRM

When viewing a Company record in OpenCRM you can select the Sage tab and display accounts data taken directly from your Sage Line 50 system.

Using SageLink for OpenCRM, gives you the ability to view accounts information, in real time, helps sales people manage accounts more effectively and gives management personnel a quick and easy way to view a companies status. Because all of this can be done from your OpenCRM system, using a web browser, access to this information is available anytime, anywhere, even for Home Workers or sales people on the move.

View account balances, credit details, historic data and special instructions, all displayed on the OpenCRM Company record.

Control users access to Accounts data within OpenCRM, give users Enquire Only or Full Control status. No more re keying of data. SageLink for OpenCRM gives you control, allowing you to confirm actions, so that your financial controller can approve transactions before they are posted.

When a new customer is created in OpenCRM, Sage Line 50 is automatically updated with these details. If an Order contains Products that are not set up in Sage, these are created automatically for you. If a Product description changes, this can be updated as part of the posting routine.

Update Sage Line 50 from OpenCRM Invoices & Sales Orders

Creating and tracking Sales Orders and Invoices in OpenCRM gives your team high visibility of the 'complete account picture'. Data from within OpenCRM is imported direct into Sage Line 50 without the need to re key, eliminating errors and speeding up the data management process. This can be done as part of a manual process, giving your Financial Controller full control over your systems, or as an automated batch process, scheduled to be run at a pre-determined interval.

OpenCRM Company records display information that is updated in Sage. Your financial management is controlled by your Financial Controller from within Sage Line 50. Aged debt analysis can be used in OpenCRM to create credit control letters, these can be tracked within the OpenCRM Calendar.
