Strange as this may seem, and stranger still (trust me), to see this written on our own website, we have a great deal of respect for Salesforce – product and company. Let’s face it, they have been instrumental in carving out this whole SaaS marketplace, apologies Microsoft and Oracle – but its true, and for that reason alone we are very grateful.
However there are some compelling reasons to look at OpenCRM when you are implementing an on-demand CRM solution and we want to give you a fair and balanced account of why you should look at what we do.

Price : Although we don’t want to be on your radar ‘just’ because of price, it’s a fact that this is one of the best reasons we can give for you to take a look at what we do. We have priced our subscriptions to cater for all types and size of business. We don’t want to penalise you when you start to add more users, we think your loyalty should be rewarded. One of the most powerful reasons for investing in a CRM solution is to get ‘everyone on the same page’, so why would you start out by limiting access to anyone in your business, to us that just sounds plain crazy!
OpenCRM sets the bar sensibly low with a business model that allows you to choose how much input you need from us with as much hand holding as you require, to deliver what you need and when you need it. Some projects need an investment upfront and others are happy that their CRM system evolves around some clear guidelines. Remember its up to you, whatever you need whenever you need it.
Lets face it, no matter how we dress it up, you need a fully featured and flexible solution. If you have 22 named users with 14 of these requiring regular day to day access this is going to cost you in excess of £11,800 a year for your Salesforce licenses using their professional edition and a staggering £22,000 per annum if your requirements grow and you expand into the enterprise edition. Contrast this with the OpenCRM Professional subscription and you will save over 70% or as much as 85% against the enterprise licenses and what’s more, our subscriptions cover you, without any additional charges, for up to 50 users! And this is our Professional subscription its an even greater saving if all you need is the Business level.
That’s a great deal of surplus budget to invest in the bespoke aspects of your solution to really make it tick - Training, Customising or Development, and to cater for the quirks and kinks that every business has. Of course, you could just bank it!
More than a number : One of the things that we pride ourselves in is that we “get you!”. We try and understand what you are ‘about’ and we work really hard to achieve this goal, regardless (or in spite) of the size of your project. We care and I know how mushy that sounds but it's true. More for less : There is only one OpenCRM product and you get all of the features, all of the time. No disabled functionality forcing you to upgrade or compelling you to compromise your business strategy with limiting features.
Of course you can turn off whichever aspects of OpenCRM don’t apply to your business. That’s the point, the options are there and the rest is up to you.

One size does fit all – as long as it’s LARGE : There is not a lot that you can be certain about when it comes to CRM system implementation however one thing is for sure and everyone knows to be true is that as your system evolves so will your Data Storage requirements particularly for documents and files.
OpenCRM have been known, in the past, to ‘turn CRM on its head’ and once again that’s what we are doing. ALL OpenCRM subscriptions now come with a minimum of 2TB of storage as standard – go on ask Salesforce or any of our competitors come to think of it, how much storage they provide and more importantly get them to price [only] an additional 25GB [just to be kind] and see how much extra this will add to your annual bill!
