Support Technician (Helpdesk)
Software Add-ons are a software development company based in North Yorkshire.
Our clients are based in the UK and around the world, utilising our Hosted CRM platform OpenCRM. Support is managed direct from our office in Richmond.
Due to the success of our hosted CRM application OpenCRM, we currently have an opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills as a Helpdesk Support Technician.
We have an immediate vacancy for the right candidate.
The job involves working with a small team of dedicated individuals. We can offer you your own desk with a computer (really!).
This role is a key appointment, given that you will be responsible for giving support to our clients. We have built up an enviable reputation with our clients, offering them truly 5 star support.
Based in Richmond (North Yorkshire), you will be responsible for answering the phone and helping customers with problems and technical queries. You are unlikely to have specific knowledge of OpenCRM, however an understanding of how business system are used in a modern company is an advantage. You probably give advice and assistance to friends and colleagues or have worked in a helpdesk environment previously.
