Setting attachment size limits for Pop2OpenCRM

You have the ability to set a minimum and maximum file size for email attachments coming into OpenCRM. If you commonly work with larger files that are shared internally, this may cause unnecessary usage of disk storage, so you can restrict this. Similarly setting a minimum file size allows you to prevent files such as images in email signatures or T&Cs being imported into OpenCRM every time.

To Access these Settings:

Select the Settings button in the top right of the screen and select Additional Settings then navigate to the Pop2OpenCRM settings.

You should find the following two options:

These limits are specified in Kilobytes. In this example we have '10' as the minimum size and '100' as the maximum size which results in OpenCRM only importing email attachments between 10 and 100 kilobytes.

Turning off this feature can be done by either leaving both fields blank or by entering disabled in both fields. If you would like to specify the maximum size limits but not the minimum limit, simply leave the minimum blank or enter disabled and specify a value in the maximum field. The minimum attachment size can also be specified while leaving the maximum size blank.
