Thank you Dublin Its almost inexplicable but, in three months we have signed 12 companies in and around Dublin and most of these were users of, or seriously considering, salesforce.com (the leaders in SaaS CRM) on their shortlist. Having recently looked at competitive CRM software solutions, most offer an upgrade plan for their application, this quite often comes at a price.
