A Fresh Outlook on a Fresh Morning

Over the last few days you may have noticed the temperature has dropped a few degrees – giving us ‘fresh’ mornings as we say in Yorkshire.
This also gives us the opportunity to have a ‘fresh’ look at our work focus – tenuous I know but you get it…right?
Having a fresh outlook doesn’t have to be a brand new start, it can be simple things like buying yourself a new pen or work folder, a new blouse or shirt, or even a new suit.
It doesn’t have to be about buying things, either – what about reorganising your desk to give yourself a fresh view? Or you could go for an updated, fresh look in OpenCRM and revamp your Custom Views or add some slimmed down Layouts.
You’ll be amazed at how such a simple thing can lift your spirits, set you off on a whole new ‘fresher’ path, and reclaim your motivation. This way of thinking might rub off on other members of the team, which can only be a good thing.
Someone very profound once said ‘tidy mind, tidy life’ – it may have been me when I was looking in my children’s bedrooms! Get rid of all the clutter and give yourself a fresh focus.
We all need a pick me up every now and then but it doesn’t have to be radical – enjoy what you do and do what you enjoy.
